GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Weld-On_« 30 is a fast speed 2-component structural adhesive in off white. It cures at room temperature to form a high strength bond within minutes when mixed at ratio (10:1 ) and applied;. The adhesive has excellent corrosion and chemical resistance, gap-filling capabilities, in addition to excellent impact and fatigue resistance, even in extreme temperature conditions, from -40║ to 180║ F (-40║ to 82 ║ C).

SUBSTRATE RECOMMENDATIONS

Bonds a wide variety of substrates for sign and display fabrication. Extremely well suited to unprepared metals, including Aluminum, CRS and Stainless Steel, as well as, painted and coated metals. Excellent adhesion to plastics such as PVC, polycarbonate, ABS, acrylic, as well as, thermoset composites with epoxy, polyester or vinyl ester resin matrices.
